Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and packaging must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
• Customized or personalized products
• Items damaged due to improper use

3. Return Process

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

• Customer pays return shipping for personal reasons
• We cover return shipping if the issue is caused by us

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
